Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Twin Flames Hot Pilates and Sculpt (“Studio,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing classes, memberships, packages, products, or using our website, booking platform, mobile applications, or services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
These Terms apply to all clients, visitors, and users of:
Mariana Tek booking portals and applications
Any future digital platforms operated by the Studio
1. Eligibility
Clients must be at least eighteen (18) years old to participate in classes or purchase services from the Studio.
By attending classes, clients confirm they are physically capable of participating in heated fitness activities.
The Studio does not permit participation by pregnant individuals in heated classes.
Clients are encouraged to consult with a physician before participating in heated fitness classes or beginning any exercise program.
2. Memberships & Pricing
Unlimited Membership
The Studio offers an Unlimited Membership for $129 per month.
Memberships automatically renew monthly unless cancelled in accordance with these Terms.
Class Packages
The Studio currently offers:
Single Class Pass — $15
10-Class Pack — $140
20-Class Pack — $240
The Studio reserves the right to modify pricing, memberships, class packages, fees, schedules, instructors, or services at any time with notice to clients.
3. Membership Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests submitted fewer than thirty (30) days before the next billing date may result in one final recurring charge.
Memberships may not be paused, transferred, shared, or assigned unless expressly authorized by the Studio.
4. No Refund Policy
All sales are final.
The Studio does not offer refunds for:
memberships,
class packages,
single classes,
retail purchases,
late cancellations,
missed classes,
no-shows,
unused credits,
or any other purchases.
5. Booking Policies
Clients may reserve classes up to fourteen (14) days in advance.
All reservations are subject to availability.
The Studio reserves the right to refuse service, limit bookings, cancel reservations, or modify schedules at its discretion.
6. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Clients may cancel classes without penalty up to twelve (12) hours before the scheduled class start time.
Any cancellation made within twelve (12) hours of class start time will be considered a late cancellation.
Unlimited Membership Holders
Late cancellations made within twelve (12) hours of class start time will incur a $10 fee.
No-shows will incur a $15 fee.
Single Classes & Class Packs
Clients who late cancel or fail to attend a reserved class within twelve (12) hours of class start time will forfeit the class credit used for booking.
If a client arrives after class has begun, the reservation will be treated as a no-show and applicable penalties will apply.
7. Waitlist Policy
Clients added to a waitlist may automatically be moved into class up to two (2) hours prior to class start time.
By joining a waitlist, clients acknowledge and agree that:
they are responsible for monitoring their reservation status,
they may be automatically added into class,
and all cancellation and no-show policies apply once added to class.
8. Payments & Billing
All payments are processed electronically through third-party payment processors, including Stripe.
Accepted payment methods may include major credit and debit cards.
Clients authorize the Studio to charge all applicable fees, recurring membership charges, penalties, taxes, and outstanding balances to the payment method on file.
If a payment fails:
booking privileges may be suspended,
access to classes may be restricted,
and the Studio may continue attempts to collect unpaid balances.
Clients remain responsible for all unpaid charges.
9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Clients agree not to improperly dispute or charge back legitimate charges for services purchased or agreed to under these Terms.
The Studio reserves the right to:
dispute chargebacks,
provide documentation to financial institutions,
suspend accounts,
revoke booking privileges,
and pursue collection of unpaid balances to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Studio Conduct
Clients are expected to behave respectfully toward instructors, staff, and fellow clients at all times.
Clients are expected to maintain appropriate personal hygiene and wear suitable athletic attire while participating in classes.
For the health and safety of all participants, clients are strongly encouraged to properly hydrate before, during, and after all heated classes.
The Studio reserves the right to deny participation to any individual whose attire, hygiene, behavior, or condition may create a health, safety, or disruption concern within the Studio environment.
Clients are solely responsible for any personal belongings brought onto Studio premises, including valuables, electronics, jewelry, wallets, bags, and other personal property. The Studio is not responsible or liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items, regardless of cause.
Recording or photographing other clients without their express consent is strictly prohibited.
The Studio reserves the right to remove or deny access to any individual engaging in disruptive, unsafe, abusive, unlawful, or inappropriate conduct.
11. Heated Class Participation
Clients acknowledge that classes may take place in elevated temperatures associated with hot Pilates and heated fitness environments.
Studio classes may be heated between approximately 95°F and 105°F, though temperatures may vary.
Clients are solely responsible for:
hydration,
monitoring their physical condition,
and determining whether participation is appropriate for them.
Participation is voluntary and at the client’s own risk.
12. Retail Purchases
The Studio may sell beverages, supplements, apparel, and retail merchandise including, but not limited to:
water,
Poppi beverages,
LMNT electrolyte products,
and energy drinks
Yoga mats
Towels
All retail sales are final.
No returns, refunds, or exchanges are permitted.
13. Photography & Media Release
By entering the Studio or participating in classes or events, clients grant the Studio permission to photograph, film, or record their likeness for promotional, advertising, social media, website, and marketing purposes.
Clients who do not wish to appear in Studio media must notify the Studio in writing prior to participation.
14. Electronic Communications
By creating an account, booking services, or providing contact information, clients consent to receive:
transactional emails,
booking confirmations,
waitlist notifications,
account updates,
and promotional communications from the Studio.
Clients may opt out of marketing communications at any time, though operational and transactional communications may still be sent as necessary.
15. Assumption of Risk & Liability
Participation in fitness activities involves inherent risks including, but not limited to:
dehydration,
dizziness,
muscle strain,
injury,
illness,
and other physical risks associated with heated exercise environments.
Clients acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.
Participation in classes, events, or services may also require clients to review, acknowledge, and execute separate liability waivers and releases provided by the Studio.
Clients may not participate in Studio classes or activities unless all required waivers and release documents have been properly completed and accepted by the Studio.
16. Intellectual Property
All Studio branding, logos, content, videos, graphics, class formats, and materials are the exclusive property of the Studio and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
17. Website & Platform Use
The Studio does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to its website, booking systems, applications, or digital platforms and is not responsible for technical interruptions, outages, delays, or failures beyond its control.
Clients agree not to:
misuse the Studio website or applications,
interfere with booking systems,
attempt unauthorized access,
or use Studio platforms for unlawful purposes.
The Studio reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms.
18. Security Cameras
The Studio may utilize security cameras in common areas and studio spaces for safety, security, theft prevention, incident review, and operational purposes.
By entering the premises, clients consent to video recording in monitored areas.
19. Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
20. Modifications to Terms
The Studio reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Updated Terms become effective immediately upon posting to the Studio website or booking platform.
Continued use of Studio services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
21. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Illinois.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or Studio services shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Illinois.
